We recommend and prefer you to make an appointment, especially if you request a certain time or spa therapist. We do accept walk-ins, as available. Demand for appointments can be expected to be high on weekends and around holidays.
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

Honesty between therapist and client will result in the best treatment. Before your treatment, you will fill out a pre-massage questioner. This can be filled out online and emailed to us. Otherwise, be sure to allow time to fill it out before your appointment time.
We advise you to remove all jewellery prior to your arrival at the spa. The jewellery will get in the way of your having an effective treatment.. Lockers are available within the spa for you to place your personal valuables. We are not responsible for the loss or any damage to your jewellery.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice. You can call us via (346) 397 5850 or email us at hello@elev8bodyworks.com to cancel your appointment. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48hrs notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without the stipulated notice, will incur a fee of $20. 24-hour advance notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for others to pick up available sessions. If you are unable to give us advance notice, the cancellation fee may still accrue.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you and we recommend your check-in about 15 minutes before your session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine whether there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the treatment possibilities, you will bear the full responsibility to arrive in time for your session while we do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
